Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or steel in the oven if you’re using one.
- Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a 10–12 inch circle, creating a ridge around the edge for a crust.
- Place the shaped dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a floured pizza peel.
- Brush the crust lightly with olive oil for a golden color.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute vegetarian meatballs, red onions, and corn evenly across the pizza.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
Cooking
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh cilantro or parsley over the top.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Use a pizza stone for better crust texture and avoid piling toppings too high to prevent sogginess. Adjust oven rack for a crispier edge.
