Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (about 218°C).
- Lay out the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Spread a generous layer of BBQ sauce over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle the chopped chicken evenly over the BBQ sauce.
- Add a generous amount of cheese on top.
- Top with sliced red onion and chopped cilantro if using.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 6 to 7 minutes until the edges are crisp and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Be careful not to add too much sauce to avoid sogginess. Watch the oven closely to prevent burning cheese.
