Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the sugar-free gelatin in the boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir again to cool it down.
- If desired, gently fold in fresh fruit to add sweetness and texture.
Setting
- Pour the mixture into serving cups or a mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Serving
- Serve chilled, optionally topping with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
Consider using flavored sparkling water instead of regular cold water for added taste. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
