Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Move the rack to the middle position.
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place the salmon on the baking sheet and coat with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the salmon with garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, and salt & pepper.
Cooking
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is baking, combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, and seasoning for the sauce.
Assembly
- Prepare the avocado and lettuce.
- Once the salmon is cooked, cut it into bite-size pieces.
- Assemble tacos by layering salmon, sauce, avocado, and lettuce on warm tortillas.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
Serve these tacos with a side salad or roasted vegetables. For a lighter option, replace tortillas with lettuce wraps.
