Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake the potato wedges in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top while hot.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispy wedges, soak cut potato wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to experiment with different seasonings.
