- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and minced garlic until uniform and frothy.
Mixing
- Gently fold in the crumbled feta cheese and lemon zest, and add the black pepper and sea salt.
- Drizzle in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and stir gently.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into the greased dish, spreading it out to about 1 inch thick.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
Finishing Touches
- Let the dish rest for about 3-4 minutes to allow the eggs to set fully.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley before serving.

- Serve immediately with crusty bread or a light side salad.
Notes
