  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped Adds crunch.
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice Prevents avocados from browning.

Preparation
  1. Begin by scooping out the creamy flesh of the avocados into a bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocado until you achieve your desired texture.
  2. Drizzle in the lemon juice, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir everything together until combined.
  3. Toast the slices of bread until golden and crispy.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado generously on each slice of toasted bread.
  5. Top the toasts with halved cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, and scatter the chopped cranberries and walnuts evenly over the top.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

To enhance the flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the avocado mash. Consider adding balsamic reduction for sweetness.
