Preparation
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large non-stick pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add the reserved spaghetti to the pan. Toss to coat in the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.

Notes

For best flavor, use high-quality soy and oyster sauces. Feel free to add vegetables such as bell peppers or snow peas for extra nutrition. A squeeze of lime juice before serving can add a refreshing twist.
