Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until bubbly and fragrant.
  2. Add the sliced apples along with 1/4 cup of brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook until apples are tender and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Assembly
  1. Take each tortilla and place a generous portion of the apple mixture in the center. Carefully fold the tortilla over the filling to form a snug wrap.
  2. In the same skillet, add a little butter and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook each wrap until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
