Preparation
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions provided with your croissant dough package.
- Roll out the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into triangles.
- In a bowl, mix goat cheese with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon.
- Place a spoonful of the goat cheese mixture and a few apple slices at the wider end of each croissant triangle.
- Roll up the croissant starting from the wide end to the tip, tucking it in gently.
- Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the croissants are puffed up and beautifully golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
