- In another bowl, combine almond flour and granulated sugar, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the dry mixture with a spatula.
- Drop dollops of the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly apart.
Baking
- Slide your baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden around the edges.
Notes
These cookies freeze beautifully. Store in an airtight container. Reheat at 300°F (150°C) for 5-10 minutes to enjoy warm cookies again.
