Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for a spicy kick)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for serving Fresh lemon wedges optional
  • for garnish Chopped parsley optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry the shrimp for about 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  3. Once done, remove the shrimp from the air fryer and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container and freeze to keep them fresh. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
