Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
- Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the shrimp for about 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Once done, remove the shrimp from the air fryer and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container and freeze to keep them fresh. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
