Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Rinse the baby potatoes under cool water and slice them in half.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking
  1. In the air fryer basket, layer the seasoned potatoes and then the sausage pieces on top.
  2. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the sausages in spices before cooking. You can also add bell peppers or onions for added sweetness. If you do not have an air fryer, roast in a conventional oven.
