  • to taste none salt and pepper Essential seasonings for flavor.

  • 2 pieces salmon fillets (5-8 oz. each) Fresh, flaky salmon.

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine the honey, whole grain Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Coat the salmon fillets with about two-thirds of the honey mustard sauce and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Once marinated, place the salmon in the air fryer basket and brush with the remaining sauce.
  2. Cook the salmon for 7 to 8 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Serve hot, drizzling with any remaining marinade.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a splash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper to the marinade. Marinate for an hour for deeper flavors. Experiment with different mustards or serve with fresh herbs for added freshness.
