Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Skewers
  • 1 pound chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) If using wooden skewers, soak them in water before use.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well until mixed.
  3. Add chicken pieces and toss until coated in the marinade.
  4. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Cooking
  1. Place skewers in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  2. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and parsley just before serving.

Notes

Serve with veggies like bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, or zucchini. For extra heat, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes.
