Method
 

Preparation
  1. Remove the silver membrane from the ribs for better tenderness.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, onion powder, and white pepper.
  3. Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the spice mixture.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, meat side down, ensuring they are in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Air fry at 380°F for 20 minutes.
  2. Flip the ribs over and brush BBQ sauce on top.
  3. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Increase air fryer temperature to 400°F and cook for another 5 minutes for caramelization.
  5. Let the ribs rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
