Instructions
- Slice the brioche into ¾ to 1 inch thick pieces; let them sit out for about 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Soak each slice of brioche in the custard mixture for 30–40 seconds on each side.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter.
- Add the soaked brioche slices to the hot pan and cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar, and topped with fresh berries, whipped cream, and maple syrup.
